The i-COACH project aims to provide SMEs with the skills and competences needed to support the implementation of successful internship programmes via an innovative training course and methodology, and to foster the return on investment to enable small companies to benefit from work-based learning (WBL) and individual interns or to successfully integrate them into their working environment.
